Section 1

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

Term	Definition
"lavabet" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us"	Refers to lavabet, the operator of the website accessible at lavabet.club, its parent entity, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents.
"Player" / "You" / "User"	Any individual who has registered an account on the lavabet platform or who accesses any part of the lavabet website.
"Account"	The personal account registered by a Player on lavabet, through which the Player accesses the platform's services, manages their wallet balance, and places wagers.
"Wallet" / "Balance"	The funds held within a Player's lavabet account, denominated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka), USDT, BTC, or other accepted currencies as specified in the platform's cashier.
"Bonus Funds"	Any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cashable incentives credited to a Player's account as part of a lavabet promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
"Real Money Funds"	Funds deposited directly by the Player through an accepted payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT, BTC, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer), excluding Bonus Funds.
"Wagering Requirement"	The number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
"KYC" / "Know Your Customer"	The identity and age verification process that lavabet may require Players to complete before withdrawals are processed or account limits are increased.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction"	Any country or territory from which access to and use of lavabet is restricted or prohibited by applicable local law or by lavabet's internal compliance policy.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an active account on lavabet, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

1. You are at least 18 years of age.
2. You are accessing the platform in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of a third party.
3. You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly illegal under local law.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded from lavabet or had your account permanently closed by lavabet for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5. You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a lavabet employee or associated affiliate partner.
6. You are acting in your personal capacity for entertainment purposes only and not as a professional gambler making wagers on behalf of another person or organisation.

2.2 Age Verification

lavabet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Such documentation may include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Until satisfactory age verification documentation is provided, lavabet may restrict withdrawals, limit account functionality, or suspend the account entirely. Where a Player is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to the original payment method used for the deposit.

2.3 Responsibility of Players

It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that their use of lavabet complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. lavabet makes no representation that the services offered are legal in every jurisdiction from which they may be accessed. By using the platform, the Player accepts full legal responsibility for determining whether their participation in online gaming is lawful under applicable local law.

Section 3

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on lavabet. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any associated balances (including winnings derived from bonus funds) will be forfeited. lavabet uses technical and manual methods to detect multi-accounting and reserves the right to verify account ownership at any time.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering an account, the Player must provide accurate, current, and complete information including their full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension. lavabet is not responsible for delays in payment processing or account-related services caused by inaccurate information supplied by the Player.

3.3 Account Security

The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. lavabet will never request a Player's password by email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify lavabet support immediately. lavabet accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

lavabet may at any time request that a Player complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may require the Player to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a recent proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. lavabet will process KYC documents within a reasonable time frame. Until KYC verification is complete, lavabet may withhold withdrawal processing at its sole discretion.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lavabet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20 network), Bitcoin (BTC), Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer to selected Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. Players should check the cashier section of their account for the current list of active methods.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum deposit via bKash or Nagad: ৳200
• Minimum deposit via USDT (TRC-20): 5 USDT
• Minimum withdrawal via bKash or Nagad: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal via bKash or Nagad: ৳100,000 (subject to account verification status)
• Daily withdrawal limits may apply based on account tier and KYC completion status
• Crypto withdrawal limits follow the equivalent BDT value thresholds, calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the request

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) are typically processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the recipient bank's processing schedule. Crypto withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times beyond lavabet's control. lavabet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. lavabet does not charge fees on withdrawals; however, the Player's payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

lavabet is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or the financing of any illegal activity. All Players are subject to lavabet's AML monitoring procedures. lavabet reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal that triggers an AML review, and to report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities where required. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that belongs to and is registered in the same name as the lavabet account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on lavabet are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. These promotion-specific terms will specify the applicable wagering requirement, the minimum qualifying deposit, the eligible games, the maximum bet size while bonus funds are active, and the date by which the bonus must be used or forfeited. In the event of any inconsistency between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

lavabet offers a welcome bonus to new players upon their first qualifying deposit. The current welcome bonus value and wagering requirements are displayed on the lavabet homepage and in the promotions section of the platform. The welcome bonus is available to new players only, is limited to one per household, one per device, and one per IP address. lavabet reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice to players who have not yet qualified for it.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times using Real Money Funds first. Bonus funds will be released for withdrawal only after all wagering requirements have been fully met. Games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements — for example, slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

lavabet takes bonus integrity seriously. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, or exploiting a technical error in lavabet's bonus crediting system — will have their bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds forfeited. Repeat offenders may have their accounts permanently suspended.

Section 6

Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Providers and Certification

All games available on lavabet are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's games operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, use physical dealing procedures overseen by trained studio staff. lavabet does not modify game logic or outcomes — all results are determined entirely by the game provider's server-side systems.

6.2 Disputed Outcomes

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the game provider's server-side logs constitute the definitive and final record of the game result. The visual display on the Player's screen is for reference only and may not accurately reflect the server-side result in cases of network disruption, browser error, or device malfunction. lavabet will investigate all game disputes in good faith and respond within five (5) business days.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session, all wagers placed during the affected period may be declared void at lavabet's discretion, and any stakes will be returned to the Player's account balance. Winnings claimed during a period in which a malfunction is confirmed will not be honoured. lavabet accepts no liability for any disappointment or financial loss perceived by a Player as a result of a game being declared void due to malfunction.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on lavabet — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches, football, kabaddi, and hockey — are governed by additional sport-specific and market-specific rules available within the sportsbook section of the platform. lavabet reserves the right to void any sports bet where the result is affected by circumstances outside the normal sporting contest, including match abandonment, pitch invasion, weather termination, or any event that a governing body determines to constitute an irregular contest.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lavabet platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or derive an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
2. Opening or operating more than one account on lavabet simultaneously, or creating a new account after a previous account has been suspended or closed for a breach of these terms.
3. Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or sporting event available on lavabet.
4. Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities to obtain winnings that would not have been achievable under normal, intended operation of the game or system.
5. Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity using the lavabet platform as a vehicle.
6. Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation during the KYC verification process.
7. Sharing account credentials with a third party or allowing a third party to operate your lavabet account on your behalf.
8. Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or extract any software, game code, or data from the lavabet platform.
9. Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward lavabet staff, other players, or any individual connected with the lavabet platform.

Section 8

Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any Player may request the closure of their lavabet account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, lavabet will process any pending withdrawals of Real Money Funds remaining in the account balance and close the account within three (3) business days. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent closure are available. During an active self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be locked and no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals will be possible. lavabet will make reasonable efforts to ensure that marketing communications are not sent to self-excluded Players during their exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

8.3 Suspension by lavabet

lavabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe
• Discovery that the Player is under 18 years of age
• Discovery that the Player is resident in a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no login activity
• Any other circumstance where lavabet reasonably believes that continued operation of the account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to the platform

8.4 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. lavabet will notify the Player by email prior to applying any inactivity policy. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month after the 12-month inactivity threshold is reached, deducted from the account's Real Money balance until the balance reaches zero. lavabet will make reasonable efforts to contact the Player before any deductions commence.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content published on the lavabet platform — including but not limited to the lavabet brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, and video materials — is the exclusive property of lavabet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.1 Limited Licence to Players

lavabet grants each registered Player a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for their personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit the Player to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the lavabet platform without the prior express written consent of lavabet.

9.2 Restrictions

The Player must not use any lavabet trade mark, logo, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion, imply affiliation, or disparage lavabet's reputation. Any unauthorised use of lavabet's intellectual property may result in immediate account suspension and may expose the Player to civil and/or criminal legal proceedings. lavabet actively monitors for misuse of its brand assets and will take appropriate action where infringement is identified.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lavabet's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 Excluded Losses

lavabet shall not be liable to any Player for any of the following categories of loss, even if lavabet was advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill
• Indirect or consequential loss of any nature
• Loss arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Loss arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party network outages outside lavabet's reasonable control
• Loss arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions
• Any gambling losses incurred by the Player in the normal course of gameplay

10.2 Platform Availability

lavabet endeavours to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, lavabet does not warrant uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for any losses caused by periods of downtime, whether planned or unplanned. lavabet will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduled maintenance windows in advance through platform announcements.

Section 11

Amendments to Terms

lavabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such changes may be made in response to changes in applicable law or regulation, changes in the platform's operational model, corrections of typographical errors, or improvements in clarity. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available at lavabet.club/terms-conditions.

11.1 Notification of Changes

Where a material change is made to these Terms & Conditions, lavabet will notify registered Players by email to their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform upon their next login. Non-material changes (such as grammatical corrections or formatting adjustments) may be made without formal notification. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which the most recent revision was made.

11.2 Continued Use as Acceptance

A Player's continued use of the lavabet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes their acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If a Player does not agree to the revised terms, they must cease using the platform and contact support to request voluntary account closure before the effective date of the change takes effect. lavabet will process any such closure request promptly and will release any Real Money balance in accordance with Section 8.1 of these terms.

Section 12

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lavabet is incorporated as an offshore gaming operator. lavabet operates as an offshore gaming platform and does not represent that its services are offered in compliance with the laws of any specific jurisdiction from which they may be accessed.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between lavabet and a Player, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation in good faith. A Player wishing to raise a formal complaint must contact the lavabet support team at [email protected] with a clear written description of the complaint, the relevant account details, and any supporting evidence. lavabet will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and will aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with lavabet's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and lavabet with respect to the Player's use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
